Haven Measure Limited

Secure document intake

Your secure project upload opens after acceptance and payment.

Effective date: 4 September 2026  ·  Version: 1.1

Controlled access, never anonymous: initial enquiries remain attachment-free. After Haven has accepted fit and scope in writing, the client has accepted the engagement terms and Haven has verified cleared payment by bank reconciliation or its Stripe webhook, named authorised contacts may receive a unique project-specific upload route. This information page itself accepts no files and never exposes a general file drop, public bucket or anonymous upload.

Before access is issued

  • the instructing organisation, authorised contacts and relevant project parties are confirmed, with the Contracting Agency and end client also confirmed where Contract QS applies;
  • Haven's written fit/scope acceptance and the client's engagement-term acceptance are recorded;
  • for Snapshot or Full Scan, cleared payment is verified through Haven's controlled payment record—by business-bank reconciliation or, where card checkout is enabled, the server-side Stripe webhook—not a browser page, email, remittance advice or screenshot;
  • conflict, jurisdiction, authority-to-share, professional-risk and engagement checks are completed;
  • the project reference, permitted purpose, file/page/line-item limits and accepted file types are recorded;
  • minimisation, redaction, naming, prohibited-data, retention and access instructions are issued.

How the fixed-fee route works

  1. Enquire — send only a non-confidential, attachment-free summary.
  2. Agree — Haven confirms fit and scope in writing and the client accepts the engagement terms.
  3. Pay — the client pays the accepted £495 Snapshot or £1,495 Full Scan 100% upfront by private business-bank transfer or, where enabled, Stripe-hosted card checkout.
  4. Verify and unlock — Haven's server-side process verifies cleared payment and opens a unique project-specific upload route for the authorised contact.
  5. Upload — the client transfers only the agreed project information. The technical receipt confirms transfer only.
  6. Validate and start — Haven checks the pack and confirms in writing when it is accepted as complete. Only that confirmation starts the delivery clock.

Storage control

Accepted fixed-fee project files are transferred to private Cloudflare R2 storage through short-lived, project-specific permission. The storage is not publicly listed or browsable; storage credentials are never supplied to the browser. Each permission is limited to the intended paid project and must be treated as confidential. Haven may expire, revoke, reissue, quarantine or close access where necessary. Upload access is a controlled transfer facility, not a client document archive, and the client must retain authoritative originals.

Agreed information pack

Subject to the accepted schedule, the route can support contracts and amendments, drawings and specifications, programmes and schedules, valuations and payment records, change registers, selected correspondence, spreadsheets, photographs/site records and relevant CAD/model files expressly agreed in advance. File count, page, line-item, size, format and compatibility limits apply. Each file is limited to 50 MB; the total route limits are 10 files/250 MB for Snapshot and 30 files/1 GB for Full Scan unless Haven agrees a different controlled route in writing. Executables, scripts, credentials, bank/card details, unsolicited archives and material outside the accepted project or scope are prohibited.

Do not send at enquiry stage

Do not send contracts, project correspondence, legal advice, payroll or tax records, National Insurance numbers, Unique Taxpayer References, bank or full card details, payment credentials, portal links, signatures, special-category information, safety-sensitive material or live-dispute documents through LinkedIn or havenmeasurelimited@gmail.com.

Transfer, review and delivery-clock controls

A bank remittance advice, payment screenshot, Stripe receipt, browser success page, upload progress message, object-store receipt or Haven acknowledgement confirms neither cleared funds, professional acceptance nor completeness. Haven may reject, quarantine or request replacement of corrupt, malicious, unreadable, duplicated, excessive, mislabelled or out-of-scope material. No duty to review, advise, monitor deadlines or preserve remedies arises from transfer alone. The delivery clock begins only when Haven confirms in writing that the complete agreed information pack has been accepted and states the start date.

Controlled project communications

Initial fit and scope begin through the written enquiry route. Use the browser-only Fit Checker and share only its non-confidential summary by email. Payment and secure intake are route-specific steps after acceptance; they do not turn the initial enquiry into an instruction. Receipt of an unsolicited file does not create an instruction, duty to review, deadline-monitoring obligation or client relationship.
